The GhIPSS Third Party Settlement Service (GTPSS) is a service provided to third Party Payment Schemes/Service Providers. This Service enables their member financial institutions fulfill financial obligations to each other at the Central Bank.

GhIPSS provides reliable and efficient interbank settlement of financial transactions conducted by third-party payment schemes such as MNO mobile money which involve payment exchanges between their scheme member financial institutions.

gh-link™´s settlement service is integrated with the Real Time Gross Settlement (RTGS) System of the Central Bank where settlement is final and irrevocable.
