It has its own Certificate Authority, has a Block holder status granted by the RMG to issue IINs to scheme members and a fully setup lab for testing and validation of the gh-link™ card.
The gh-link™ scheme currently has 30 issuers and counting. The gh-link™ card is accepted on the terminals of 2,044 network members
Joining the Scheme
It is mandatory for all Financial Institutions in Ghana to be members of the scheme. However, card manufacturers and Personalization Bureaus who want to be listed as gh-link scheme service providers should contact the Project Management Office of GhIPSS for the requirements.
